SBS does things a little differently. Did you rerun the Internet and Mail
Wizard? Are you using a Commercial Cert or a private one created by SBS
CEICW?

the cert i use is a private one, but i import it on the client and
the site https://server/remote works fine without error
when i open https://server/rpc/rpcproxy.dll i got an empty page

last week all work.. with the same soft and OS, the only i do was
that i make a test of ISA2006 but ICW didnt work after installation and

So it was working before you installed ISA 2006? I would post your question
to the SBS Newsgroup, microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs.

I would still post to the SBS newsgroup since SBS does things differently
when Exchange is involved. In your case, it was ISA 2006 install and
removal. They are very helpful and most likely can steer you in the right
direction.
