Don't know what exactly is your problem 0xC103798A.

Are you using Adminpak.msi from Win2k3 SP1 (2005)?
Did you install IIS6 Management before you upgrade your WinXP to SP2? SMTP
support should be automatically installed in WinXP SP2, but you need to
manually install it when you were running WinXP SP1.
